    In accordance with the joint license agreements between Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Library, ANKOS, EKUAL and publishers, resources can only be used for personal research and information needs. Improper use imposes legal responsibilities on Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University and the user.

• Systematic copying of a large number of publications and transferring them to personal computers by using automatic file download programmes from databases,
• Using, selling or distributing the contents of databases for commercial purposes,
• Sharing information copied from databases with people other than Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University staff and students,
• Modifying records downloaded from databases or creating similar works by utilising them,

• The use of printed and electronic resources in the library is subject to the provisions of Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and the license agreement with the information provider institutions.
