YETKİM is an identity federation for higher education and research institutions connected to the National Academic Network ULAKNET.
YETKİM provides authentication and authorization infrastructure for web resources with Single Sign-On (SSO) method. With this infrastructure, access to web resources between institutions is simple and secure.
YETKİM is operated by TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM. YETKİM is also a member of eduGAIN. eduGAIN is a global service operated by GEANT, the European Academic Network. More than 2,600 identity providers and more than 1,800 service providers are gathered under the same roof with the participation of federations operated by education and research networks of 73 different countries.
