Open Access Publishing in ACS Journals Without Paying Article Processing Fee
A Read and Publish agreement has been signed with the American Chemical Society (ACS), to which we subscribe, through ANKOS (Anatolian University Libraries Consortium). Due to our ACS subscription, the publications you will make as a co-author in ACS journals will be published as open access without paying the article processing fee (APC). The agreement covers publications (excluding additions, corrections, editorials and book chapters) in all ACS journals, including ACS Omega , JACS Au , the ACS Au collection and all ACS hybrid journals .

Important Considerations:
1) The sending corresponding author should indicate his affiliation with our institution by selecting our University via a drop-down menu in his Paragon Plus profile. The submitting co-author should be identified as the person who will communicate with ACS throughout the peer-review process.
2) The sending corresponding author should use our University's e-mail address in their Paragon Plus profile.
Authors who meet the above criteria will be considered as Qualifying Authors. As a qualified author, an open access fund request will automatically be made upon acceptance of your article and you will receive a notification from the Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) when your fund request is processed.
When completing the Journal Publishing Agreement, information that your article is covered by an open access agreement should be included. If this information is not included in the contract or you have problems with the open access publication of your article, contact us. or contact ACS ( OAOps@acs.org ).
For detailed information, you can visit the ACS How to Publish Open Access page.
