Muteferriqa - Ottoman Turkish Discovery Portal

Muteferriqa, which offers versatile discovery opportunities including full text search in nearly 35,000 printed books and 1,470 titles of periodicals in Ottoman Turkish, has been opened for trial access until December 13, 2023. It contains an extremely rich collection of printed materials published in the Ottoman Empire from the 18th century to the mid-20th century. With its English and Turkish language support, it paves the way for interdisciplinary cooperation in historical research.
