Gravure World Digital Gravure Library has been made available as Open Access.

The gravures and maps in the Engraving World Digital Engraving Library have been compiled by obtaining them from auctions, book fairs, bookshops and antique markets held in Turkey and abroad. The Engraving Library contains approximately 10,000 engravings and maps from the 19th century and before. There are engravings in categories such as the Ottoman Empire and Turkey, countries, personalities, religion, mythology, military, fashion, sculpture, architecture and ornamentation, caricature, satire and humor, William Shakespeare and his works, William Hogarth and his works, animals, botany, transportation and transport, science, industry, trade, agriculture and medicine. It also provides access to a large archive of maps covering all continents of the world in the historical period. The labels and colophons of the engravings and maps have been prepared in Turkish and English and transferred to the database.
